General Rules and Regulations
· Park in your assigned space before using a guest space. Cars not parked in the proper space or not displaying proper identification may be towed at owner’s expense.
· POOL HOURS: 9:00AM to DUSK. Strictly enforced. We ask that you be quiet when in the courtyard after 10:00 PM as the sound echoes up the building.
· No food, drink or glass in the pool or on the pool deck.
SAND MUST be washed off before entering the pool or lobby area.
· Towels, bathing suits, etc. must not be hung over balcony railings.
· Shuffleboard courts are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please return the equipment to the men’s restroom when finished.
· Umbrellas and shuffleboard equipment are stored in the men’s restroom. Please return after use.
· All garbage, food, cans, bottles, newspaper, etc. MUST BE PROPERLY BAGGED AND TIED BEFORE depositing in the trash chute. ALL BOXES no matter how small must be carried downstairs and placed in the dumpsters. Please help us in keeping them clean and keeping them locked so that non-residents will not use them.
· FIRE CODE prohibits cooking with grills on our balconies, propane tanks in the unit, nor can they be stored in our storage areas.
· FIRE ALARM means to evacuate the building via the stairwells immediately. DO NOT USE THE ELEVATORS. Re-entry is permitted ONLY upon approval of the Fire Department or Building Representative.
· ENTRY DOORS: Security is important to us. Never open a door for someone you do not know. If they belong here they will have a key or they can ring the resident from the entry phone.
